JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for providing general and customized solutions related to the financial services offered by the company, delivering specialized assistance and technical support. The position requires compliance with customer service standards and industry best practices, ensuring accurate documentation, improving system accessibility, and contributing to the continuous improvement of financial services.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Provide assistance and support to clients and users of financial applications, following the customer service protocols and standards established by Infomedika to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

• Manage inquiries and requests via email, delivering clear, accurate, and timely responses in accordance with internal communication policies.

• Maintain effective communication with clients to identify their needs and offer customized solutions, strengthening business relationships.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for client systems through on-site visits or remote access, in compliance with security and privacy policies.

• Accurately document all client interactions in the company’s CRM, facilitating follow-up and relationship management.

• Handle installation and update requests for financial applications according to client needs and system specifications.

• Train clients and users on the use of installed financial applications, according to the corresponding version.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.

2. Knowledge of SAGE-100 (MAS90/MAS200), preferred.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

4. Experience in computerized accounting.

5. Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English.

6. Ability to work as part of a team.

7. Strong customer service orientation.

8. Willingness to travel and own a personal vehicle.
